These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Auto app and services (the “App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Service description

Auto is a smart automotive platform that, depending on availability in your area, allows you to:

• Create an account and manage your profile and addresses.
• Register and manage your vehicles and related service history.
• Request on-demand maintenance or workshop services.
• Browse and purchase automotive products and parts.
• Use a digital wallet and pay for orders through supported payment methods.
• Set reminders and receive notifications.
• Contact support through the Help Center.

Features, pricing, and availability may vary by location, partner, and operating conditions.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Phone verification may be required to complete registration or certain actions.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are reasonably suspected of misuse.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Impersonate another person or provide misleading information.
• Interfere with the App’s operation or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Abuse promotions, coupons, the wallet, or payment systems.
• Upload harmful, abusive, or infringing content.

4. Orders and services

• Acceptance of maintenance and product orders is subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant partner or workshop.
• Accurate vehicle, address, and location information may be required to fulfill a service.
• Some orders may be cancelled while pending or before work begins, subject to the branch policy or status shown in the App.
• Displayed times are estimates and may be affected by operations, traffic, or workshop availability.

5. Pricing, payments, and wallet

• Prices are shown in the local currency used in the App unless otherwise stated.
• By completing a payment, you authorize us (and payment providers) to process the amount due.
• Some payment methods may include additional fees disclosed before confirmation where applicable.
• Wallet balance is for in-App use under the rules shown in the App and is not a bank deposit.
• Recharges and payments depend on successful processing by the payment gateway; confirmation may occasionally be delayed.
• For refunds or disputes, check the order policy in the App or contact the Help Center. Refund eligibility may depend on order status and provider policy.

6. Products and delivery

Products are offered as described and subject to availability. Availability may change, and orders may be declined or adjusted for stock issues or obvious pricing errors. Delivery is available to addresses within covered service areas.

7. Vehicles and user content

You represent that vehicle data, photos, and other information you submit are accurate and that you have the right to provide them. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content to operate the service (for example, sharing relevant vehicle details with fulfillment partners when needed).

8. Notices and communications

We may send operational communications related to your account, orders, and security. We may send marketing communications with your consent; you may opt out through settings or the Help Center where applicable.

9. Intellectual property

The App, the Auto brand, designs, software, and our content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

10. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for maintenance decisions made solely based on in-App estimates, or for acts of independent partners beyond our reasonable control, while we strive to provide a reliable experience.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit or data damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is generally limited to the amounts you paid through the App for the relevant order in the twelve months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims and losses arising from your unlawful use of the App or your breach of these Terms or third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the App and deactivate your account from settings where this feature is available. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations or for security, legal, or operational reasons. Certain provisions survive termination (such as intellectual property and limitation of liability).

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Libya, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
